Heads, a new one-act comedy written by Leo Reich and Adam Hussain, is one of the most enjoyable hours of entertainment I’ve experienced this year.
It’s fierce, vicious, pertinent and most importantly funny; very funny; annoyingly funny in fact considering the minds behind this piece are still in their teens.
The premise: two head prefects at a rather posh private school discover a secret that could change everything. Not just the lives of their teachers and students, it could also dictate whether or not they get into Oxbridge. This fast-paced, quick-witted piece examines, exaggerates and analyses the public school snob with vicious precision.
Catch Heads at the Edinburgh Fringe this summer: 17th-22nd August at theSpace @ Surgeons Hall, at 4:00PM.
